Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Vice President, Client Service to join our award-winning Digital team in a full-time capacity. This senior role focuses on leading social client strategies, driving influencer programs, and orchestrating cross-functional resources to deliver measurable results for a consumer health brand.

The ideal candidate will engage with executives, shape campaigns, and mentor junior staff while staying abreast of evolving social technologies and analytics.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of digital marketing and communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for senior-level social clients and develop deep relationships, providing strategic solutions on everything digital.
• Exhibit solid understanding of client business strategy and competitors.
• Lead multiple workstreams from strategy through execution; manage teams.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners; communicate deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue growth.
• Stay current on social technology and influencer integrations.
• Mentor junior staff and advise senior colleagues.
• Understand components of large integrated campaigns across advertising, paid media, social, and advocacy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of marketing mix and channel roles.
