Job summary

Edelman in Washington, DC seeks a Vice President, Client Service to lead a high-impact digital client service team across social, influencer, and integrated campaigns. You will translate client goals into bold ideas and orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver measurable results.

You will partner with senior executives, mentor junior staff, and drive growth by expanding relationships with top health and consumer clients, leveraging data-driven storytelling and innovative technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for senior-level social clients and develop deep relationships, providing strategic solutions on everything digital – including social and influencer.
• Exhibit solid understanding of client information, strategy, products and services offered, customers and competitors.
• Lead multiple workstreams from strategy through execution; manage teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; communicate cross-discipline deliverables and expectations.
• Spot opportunities for growth to drive additional revenue.
• Stay current on social technology, influencer integrations to serve as a resource for client and team.
• Mentor junior staff and advise senior staff.
• Understand components of large integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
