Job summary

Edelman Digital, part of Edelman, is seeking an Account Supervisor, Brand Digital in Chicago to guide social and digital strategies for major brands. You will serve as a trusted partner, connecting briefs to creative execution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.

You will manage client relationships, interpret business needs, and oversee multiple projects with deadlines and budgets, contributing to growth and excellence in digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in an agency account role with social and digital project experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions around social and digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and best practices for business needs with our strategy team.
• Understand ad products (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and articulate best practices for content across placements.
• Manage multiple urgent projects and ensure team meets deadlines and budget.
• Translate client inputs into social and digital strategies and tactics that add value.
• Build trusting client relationships across the brand and manage approvals.
