Job summary

Edelman Digital seeks a proactive Senior Account Executive to lead integrated digital campaigns for a major healthcare client. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communications, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive business impact.

You bring at least 2 years in digital marketing or integrated communications, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, integrated communications, account management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day digital and integrated communications projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams, including creative, paid media, social, strategy, and other specialists.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing communications, project updates, and follow-ups independently.
• Anticipate project risks, identify challenges, and recommend proactive solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Oversee content development workflows, manage multiple deliverables, and ensure quality assurance and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to connect digital initiatives with broader business and corporate reputation objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, support digital audits, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic planning, account operations, and opportunities to improve processes and campaign execution.
