You will oversee day-to-day client work, coordinate with internal teams, and translate briefs into actionable campaigns that leverage data and cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an agency account role focused on social and digital projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading multiple campaigns and managing client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, providing strategic social and digital solutions.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and best practices based on business needs.
• Understand ad products from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and guide content production.
• Manage multiple urgent projects and keep teams on schedule and within budget.
• Translate client briefs into social and digital strategies and tactics that add value.
• Build trusting relationships across the brand and navigate approvals.
