Job summary

Daniel J. Edelman Holdings is seeking an Account Supervisor, Brand Digital to join their award-winning Edelman Digital team in New York.

You will lead day-to-day client engagements, shape social and digital strategies, and coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver compelling campaigns. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in agency account roles, strong knowledge of social platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in an agency account role.
• Experience in social and digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, providing strategic social and digital marketing solutions.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and best practices for business needs in collaboration with our strategy team.
• Understand ad products from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., and translate into content strategies.
• Manage multiple urgent projects, coordinating up and down to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Translate client briefs into actionable social and digital strategies and tactics that add value.
• Build strong client relationships across the brand and navigate approval processes.
• Coordinate with integrated agency partners to ensure content, media plans, and strategy align and issues are escalated early.
• Internalize client product benefits and articulate them in consumer-friendly language.
• Cultivate cross-practice relationships to develop opportunities with existing and new clients.
