Qualifications

• 4+ years in an agency account role focusing on social and digital projects.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients with digital/social solutions.
• Understand social platforms and best practices for each placement.
• Articulate ad products from major platforms and guide content production.
• Manage multiple urgent projects and budgets to meet deadlines.
• Translate client briefs into social/digital strategies and value.
• Build strong client relationships and navigate approvals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align plans.
• Explain product benefits in consumer language.
• Grow business with existing and new clients.
