Job summary

Swazei Tech in the United States seeks a senior designer who can own the visual execution of our marketing. This is the first dedicated creative hire, responsible for building the brand system, asset library, and templates, and guiding one direct report.

You will lead social, video, and motion design across campaigns, adapt assets for multiple channels, and translate product features into clear visual stories that resonate with store owners and SaaS users.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design.
Strong static and motion design capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; strong Figma skills.
Experience creating marketing creative for SaaS, digital products, and UI animations.
Strong typography, color theory, layout, and branding explained.
Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and ability to justify use.
Ability to manage projects from concept to production independently.

Responsibilities

Own brand system across website, social, campaigns, video, and collateral.
Design social posts, carousels, banners, and paid ads.
Produce product demos and marketing videos, from capture to delivery.
Create motion graphics: typography, UI animation, brand animations.
Develop product explainers and tutorials for POS workflows.
Design marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, infographics, decks.
Improve website layouts and deliver web-ready assets with the Marketing & SEO Specialist.
Provide creative direction: mood boards and campaign concepts.
Lead and review the work of one direct report to ensure brand quality.
