Wave is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer who blends strong creative instincts with design craft and a performance mindset to shape how Wave presents itself in the market.

As the senior in-house design expert, you will craft and execute creative across campaigns, website experiences, social media, video, motion graphics, and customer communications. You’ll partner with marketing teams to translate insights into visuals that build trust and inspire action.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital, multimedia, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio with visual storytelling across campaigns and digital experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and execution for integrated campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Design conversion-focused creative for paid media, landing pages, websites, email, and social.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form videos; collaborate with external partners when needed.
• Develop scalable templates and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations.
