Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Senior Designer to translate a new visual identity into a scalable design system. You will partner with Marketing and the Creative Director to implement the identity across presentations, reports, social media, events, digital communications, and client materials.

You will build templates, components, and visual standards to enable consistency. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution while shaping long-term governance and asset libraries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of brand, visual, or graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across multiple touchpoints.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and information design.
• Experience developing design systems, templates, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Advanced PowerPoint design and template-building experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma.
• Ability to balance strategy, creativity, and production execution.
• Strong organization, project management, and attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating design expertise and versatility across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Implementation across channels, ensuring consistent application.
• Build scalable templates, reusable components, and design standards.
• Design and execute high-quality work across print, digital, and events.
• Develop and manage the brand’s visual asset library and imagery standards.
• Create governance, documentation, and asset libraries for long-term sustainability.
