Sift is seeking a Visual Designer to own and evolve our external visual identity across website, campaigns, and product storytelling. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear visuals for engineers and decision-makers, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership.

In this hybrid role, you’ll maintain a consistent brand, develop scalable systems, and partner with agencies on larger projects.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional visual/brand/marketing design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for B2B technology products, including complex platforms.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout and color.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear visuals.
• Experience across marketing channels: websites, campaigns, decks, collateral.
• Proficiency in Figma and building reusable components/brand systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong delivery across multiple formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the design and execution of external-facing materials: website graphics, landing pages, campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Translate complex technical products into visual narratives, diagrams, and explainers.
• Maintain and evolve visual identity across digital, print, and presentation materials.
• Develop scalable brand systems, templates, and reusable assets for marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to communicate capabilities to engineers and business audiences.
• Work with external agencies on larger projects, providing direction and consistency with the brand.
• End-to-end ownership from concept to production, balancing quality with deadlines.
