Roblox is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join the Kitchen, the in-house creative agency for Roblox. You will lead design and art direction across brand, product, advertising, and growth marketing, shaping visuals for audiences that include players, parents, and partners.

You bring strong conceptual and systems-thinking, expertise in typography, and a drive to own projects from framing through final delivery with minimal hand-holding, including mentoring other designers.

Competenze

• 7+ years of design experience with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution.
• Experience on the agency side, the brand side, or both.
• Led complex projects from problem framing to delivery with little oversight.
• Experience building, extending, or governing brand systems and libraries.
• Expert-level typography, layout, and hierarchy for readability.

• Lead design and art direction on high-visibility projects end-to-end across brand, marketing, presentations, and digital formats.
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to frame problems and shape the creative approach.
