Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional illustration and design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating anatomy, perspective, color, lighting, environment.
• Mastery of rendering rich, painterly illustration in a digital workflow.
• Ability to adapt to an established art style or brand system.
• Strong typography, layout, and identity design for marketing deliverables.
• Independent work style with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, polished illustrations for licensing, marketing, and product content.
• Translate briefs and references into compelling finished artwork.
• Develop characters, environments, and props with strong shape language and lighting.
• Maintain visual consistency across artworks while keeping pieces distinct.
• Apply illustration within the Roblox brand identity across surfaces and materials.
• Present work-in-progress and mentor teammates; collaborate with cross-functional partners.
