Roblox is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join the Kitchen, the in‑house creative agency for Roblox. You’ll lead design and art direction on high‑visibility projects across brand, marketing, presentation and digital formats, translating complex ideas into clear visual stories that scale.

You have 7+ years of design experience, agency or brand-side background, and hands‑on ability to integrate AI tools into creative workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution.
• Experience on the agency side, the brand side, or both.
• History of leading complex projects from problem framing to final delivery with minimal oversight.
• Experience building or governing brand systems and libraries.
• Expert typography, layout, and hierarchy for readability and visual clarity.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Experience mentoring designers and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and art direction on high-visibility projects end-to-end, across brand, marketing, presentation, and digital formats.
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to frame problems early and shape the creative approach.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories that scale.
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, editors, and producers toward a cohesive vision.
• Shape and evolve Roblox brand systems to stay consistent, scalable, and on-brand.
• Art direct agencies and production partners when needed for scale or speed.
• Raise the craft bar through high-quality work, critique, and mentorship of junior designers.
• Sequence multiple projects, manage timelines, and flag scope or risk trade-offs early.
• Build templates, processes, and workflows, including bringing AI tools into the creative workflow.
• Keep files organized and handoffs clean for reliable downstream implementation.
