Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join the Kitchen, Roblox’s in‑house creative agency. You’ll lead design end‑to‑end across brand, product, advertising, and growth, guiding projects from framing to delivery with minimal supervision.

You will craft scalable brand systems, mentor designers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure a cohesive creative vision while embracing AI tools to elevate the work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution
• Experience on the agency side, the brand side, or both
• Led complex projects from problem framing to final delivery with minimal oversight
• Experience building, extending, or governing brand systems and libraries
• Expert-level typography, layout, and hierarchy for readable, clear content
• Obsessive craft; attention to detail under tight timelines
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative/production workflows
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Google Slides, and Keynote
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and managing feedback/priorities
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
• Proactive, resilient, ownership-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead design and art direction on high-visibility projects end-to-end across brand, marketing, presentation, and digital formats
• Partner with business leaders and senior stakeholders to frame problems and shape the creative approach
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories that scale
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, editors, and producers toward a cohesive vision
• Shape and evolve Roblox brand systems for consistency and scalability
• Art direct agencies and production partners when needed for scale or speed
• Raise craft standards through critique and mentorship of junior designers
• Sequence multiple projects, manage timelines, and flag risks early
• Build templates and processes; introduce AI tools into workflow
• Maintain organized handoffs for reliable downstream implementation
