Job summary

Roblox Corporation is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead end‑to‑end design and art direction across brand, marketing, presentations, and digital formats. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape the creative approach, and translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories at scale.

You will contribute to evolving Roblox brand systems, mentor designers, and collaborate with copywriters, editors, and production partners to maintain a cohesive, on‑brand creative vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience with strong conceptual thinking and meticulous execution.
• Experience on the agency side, the brand side, or both.
• History leading complex projects from framing to delivery with little oversight.
• Experience building, extending, or governing brand systems and libraries.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into the creative and production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and art direction on high-visibility projects end-to-end across brand, marketing, presentation, and digital formats.
• Partner with senior leaders to frame problems and shape the creative approach with a clear rationale.
• Translate complex ideas into clear visual stories that scale.
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, editors, and producers toward a cohesive vision.
• Shape and evolve Roblox brand systems for consistency, scalability, and brand alignment.
• Art direct agencies and partners when needed for scale or speed.
• Mentor designers and raise the craft bar through critique and guidance.
• Manage multiple projects, keep timelines visible, and flag risks early.
• Develop templates and processes, embracing AI tools where appropriate.
