Nava Public Benefit Corp. seeks a Communications Designer to own and evolve our brand identity across digital and print channels.

You will maintain the identity system and assets for internal and external communications, collaborating with the comms team on strategy and execution. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of design experience, strong typography and layout skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience with branding, design firm, or ad agency preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Proficient in web-based and print design software/processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Frontend Designer and printer.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and Figma.
• Experience developing brand strategy and artifacts communicating brand essence.
• Experience working with frontend developers.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption.
• Manage brand assets including logo, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography.
• Oversee external brand materials like templates, email signatures, and LinkedIn headers.
• Lead brand strategy including positioning, audience segmentation, and guidelines.
• Support marketing strategy to raise visibility and preference for Nava.
• Provide design support for project work and internal brand processes.
• Create branded materials for events, conferences, and BD pitches.
• Develop templates and assets for contract bids.
