Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and manage Nava's brand identity across digital and print.

You will steward the brand, create assets, templates, and guidelines, and work with teams to ensure consistency across channels. The role requires 5+ years in branding, strong typography and design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Drive, and the ability to collaborate with frontend developers and printers.

Competenze

• 5+ years design experience with branding, design firm, or ad agency.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Literacy in web-based and print-based design software/processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with both a Frontend Designer and a printer.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not required.

Mansioni

• Develop Nava's brand identity system consistently across mediums, and drive adoption across the company.
• Manage brand assets such as Nava's brand mark, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography
• Manage Nava's external facing brand materials, including templates, email signatures, LinkedIn headers, recruiting materials, and more
• Develop and maintain Nava's comprehensive brand strategy, including positioning, audience segmentation, and guidelines
• Help with visual and communications design needs on project work as needed
• Design Nava's annual reports for digital and print (e.g., Public Benefit Report, DEI Report)
• Create decks, diagrams, and visual elements for Nava's Business Development and contract bids
• Produce templates and asset systems for contract bid teams
• Brand internal trainings with People Operations
• Develop company swag with BizOps and ensure quality control
