Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products that fit their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive guest experience and team success.
