Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Madison to bring the brand to life for guests daily. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while embodying our values and authenticity.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns with a friendly, policy-compliant approach and driving brand loyalty through product enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You have retail or customer service experience.
• You are passionate about AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
