Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values. You are the face of the brand, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and skilled at building guest loyalty.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on product details, and make suggestions to fit their needs. Expect to promote the loyalty program and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team to get the job done.
