American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Gonzales, LA. You will bring the brand to life daily, providing every guest with an outstanding shopping experience and representing the company values with your authentic self.

You'll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. Flexibility across store zones and a passion for brand love are key to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product details and convey them to guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support teammates to ensure the store runs smoothly.
