Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Carmel, IN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and help them find exactly what they need, proudly representing the brand and its values.

You will educate customers on AE & Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail or brand ambassador experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and other store channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
