Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and create amazing shopping experiences.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and energy for a fast-paced store environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and guide them to products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
