Job summary

American Eagle in Noblesville, IN is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program while representing the brand with integrity.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest issues with a friendly, team-oriented approach and ensuring policy is followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce and promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flx between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
