Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Canton, OH, to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

As the face of our company, you’ll showcase AE and Aerie products, educate guests on features, and promote the loyalty program while collaborating with the team on daily tasks across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Energetic, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team with daily store operations.
