Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and ensure every guest leaves with an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding our values and delivering exceptional service, bringing your REAL self to work every day.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to meet needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and support store operations.
• Represent the brand with integrity and energy.
