Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to create an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and encourage loyalty program participation, all while representing the AE brand with energy and integrity.

You’ll move across the store floor, fitting rooms, stockroom, and wrap areas to meet guest needs, while upholding policies and delivering a friendly, helpful guest journey.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Experience in sales and product education helps you guide guest decisions.
• Positive energy and the ability to work across store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).
• Adherence to company policies and store procedures with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
