American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Canton, OH. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, participate in loyalty programs, and move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Embrace our values and bring your REAL self to work daily, while thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals and peers.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
