Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is hiring a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with integrity.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, handling multiple tasks with energy and enthusiasm. Benefits include product discounts and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You bring energy and can multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
