Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and represent the company values with your REAL self.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and ability to engage with guests.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and brand storytelling.
• Willingness to learn the AEO Selling Model and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive guest experience and achieve store goals.
