Responsibilities

• Disseminates operational changes/updates to branch staff via staff meetings.
• Handles teller functions professionally and adheres to customer service standards.
• Answers questions from customers and directs them to appropriate staff.
• Resolves complex inquiries and escalates to the manager as needed.
• Ensures SOPs and security procedures are followed and trains staff.
• Opens and closes the branch; assists with staff scheduling.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and refers customers to products.
• Provides performance feedback to the branch manager when needed.
