Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license.
• Active and valid Series 66 license (63/65) — may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active and valid Series 9/10 license — may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license — may be obtained within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coaching and guide a team of financial professionals.
• Lead sales process management and training delivery for the branch.
• Manage performance, recognition, and client presentations.
• Interview prospective employees and onboard new staff.
