Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license is required.
• Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active and valid Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within 120 days).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coaching and leadership to the branch team.
• Manage sales processes and deliver training to staff.
• Lead performance management and recognition activities.
• Present to clients and interview prospective employees.
• Collaborate with business partners and share best practices.
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks typical of the industry.
