Job summary

You will start with an existing client book, develop relationships, and grow your practice through training, mentorship, and a four-level career path.

Qualifications

• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Obtaining FINRA Series 66 (63/65) during tenure on the job.
• Life & Health Insurance licensing will be required during tenure on the job.
• CFP Certification is a plus. Tuition Reimbursement and internal CFP Cohort Program available.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Provide holistic financial guidance including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists and advisers to deliver a high-quality investor experience.
• Support clients through market conditions with sound investing principles and planning.
