Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a retail banking environment.
• 2+ years of management experience, or 3+ years in a Team Leader or Assistant Manager role.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Middleville and Caledonia branches, drive profitability and high-quality service.
