Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management and sales experience.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and direct activities to maximize branch profitability and customer service.
• Oversee staff selection, training, performance reviews, and escalation decisions.
• Organize branch sales, operations and service processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (BSA, privacy) and adherence to policies.
• Develop profitable relationships with individuals and small businesses in the community.
• Prospect and nurture new business through community networks and referrals.
• Process loan applications and coordinate with the Community Banker to meet goals.
• Drive achievement of branch performance and CRA targets while controlling costs.
• Coach staff daily to elevate service quality and productivity.
