Provident Bank is seeking a Branch Manager II to drive growth in consumer and business relationships and oversee operations across multiple branches. You will lead branch teams, coach sales activities, and ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management while delivering superior customer service.

The role emphasizes leadership development, community involvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet deposit and loan growth targets within a compliant, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 7 years Branch Manager experience in a sales and service environment.
• Business development experience with strong community ties.
• Demonstrate positive client-centric and service-oriented attitude.
• Clear vision and ability to remove barriers for team success.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Achieve all assigned goals and monitor sales-related targets.
• Lead and coach branch team on sales activities and results.
• Manage external sales calling program.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and develop staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and measure via surveys.
• Represent bank in local community events and organizations.
• Coordinate with Assistant Branch Managers on daily operations and reporting.
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance management as needed.
