You will lead staff, manage sales goals, and collaborate with partners to optimize service and growth while ensuring a strong customer experience and operational integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong leadership skills to support a team environment.
• Present a professional and positive image, maintaining composure at all times.
• Basic proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, internal CRM.
• Awareness of trends in the local marketplace.
• Ability to discuss, recommend, close bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• May require travel between Customer sites, Provident Offices, or Branches.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective/efficient delivery of personalized/complex service and advice, activities and/or solutions while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage the Branch and have the ability to run the teller side, platform, and customer escalations.
• Direct activities in support of established branch sales goals and objectives; coach team to foster a needs-based sales environment.
• Monitor branch activities to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience validated by customer satisfaction surveys.
• Assist Branch Manager in meeting staffing and PTO requirements; support branch hours including evenings and weekends.
• Perform special projects involving research, analysis, and reporting as needed.
• Conduct ongoing performance management and coaching of direct reports.
