Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years in financial sales.
• 3+ years in financial services management.
• Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses required; CFP highly preferred.
• All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning.
• Contagious enthusiasm for hiring, mentoring, and developing new branch associates.
• Inspired by collaboration, productivity, and implementing ideas.
• Ability to coordinate cross-company partnerships and regional corporate relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch team to drive performance through talent development, operational excellence, and strategic leadership.

• Manage branch infrastructure including lobby and back-office processing and QA.
