Job summary

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage operations and technology, and execute national initiatives at the branch level to drive profitability.

Strong finances, sales acumen, and licensing requirements apply; onsite work model is in effect across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in financial sales.
• 3+ years in financial services management.
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 9/10, 7, 66; CFP preferred.
• Brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and planning expertise.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing new branch associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Fidelity branch team and drive performance.
• Recruit, mentor and coach branch associates.
• Oversee branch operations, lobby and back-office processes.
• Develop strategies to grow business and ensure client satisfaction.
