You will recruit, mentor, and develop associates, while implementing national initiatives to boost revenue and engagement. The role emphasizes branch operations, regulatory compliance, and customer issue resolution, with a developmental program lasting 12–24 months.

Competenze

• 5+ years in financial sales.
• 3+ years of management in financial services.
• Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 required; Series 9/10 to be acquired on hire.
• Background in relationship management in financial services.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to influence and develop sales skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
