Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a financial sales role.
• Three+ years of management within financial services preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 required; you must acquire Series 9/10 upon hire.
• Background in relationship management and financial services understanding.
• Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities.
• Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
• Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales and service associates and collaborate with senior management to prepare future branch leadership.
• Build a strong sales team and develop service associates to generate revenue opportunities and customer happiness.
• Apply national initiatives to drive growth through customer engagement, local marketing, seminars, and client appreciation events.
