Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in financial sales role.
• 3+ years in financial services management helpful.
• Active FINRA licenses: Series 7, 9/10, 66; CFP preferred.
• Brokerage and mutual fund knowledge; financial planning.
• Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing branch staff.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building across teams.
