Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years in financial sales role.
• 3+ years of financial services management is helpful.
• Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses required, CFP highly preferred.
• All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance through talent development, operational excellence, and strategic leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach associates to strengthen team capabilities.
• Oversee branch infrastructure, lobby and back-office processing, and quality assurance.
