Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Branch Leader to guide a team of sales and service associates and partner with senior management to grow the branch. You will build a high-performing sales culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead local marketing, client events, and education seminars while developing associates for future leadership roles.

You’ll support the VP, Branch Leader and coordinate branch operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a financial sales role.
• Three+ years of management within a financial services environment preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 required; Series 9/10 to be acquired upon hire.
• Background in relationship management and a deep understanding of financial services.
• Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities.
• Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
• Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
