The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of banking experience, with the ability to supervise personnel, manage loans, and uphold bank policies. Strong leadership and sales skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum four years of banking or financial industry experience.
• Qualified for Branch Executive Officer I and II duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prepare a team for success.
• Coach and mentor branch staff for superior service.
• Ensure proper staffing and staffing levels.
• Inform staff of products and policies; administer branch ops procedures.
• Approve personnel time and attendance.
• Assist in personnel recruitment as applicable.
• Maintain branch security and staff training.
• Grow client business through local marketing efforts.
• Conduct regular sales meetings.
• Refer clients to partners and cross-sell services.
• Process loans in line with credit guidelines.
• Resolve client complaints efficiently.
• Maintain NMLS registration and compliance.
• Perform duties of Client Service Rep and Teller.
• Complete required annual regulation, sales, and service training.
