PeoplesBank is seeking a Lead Banker to oversee and mentor multi-unit branches within our universal banking model. You will assist personal and business customers with accounts, loans and transactions while upholding service standards. The role emphasizes customer relationship building, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with partners to grow branch performance; prior experience, bank knowledge, and a focus on operational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; AA/AS strongly preferred.
• Three years of related financial services experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required or to be obtained.
• Ability to travel to multiple banking centers as needed.
