Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently executes appropriate behaviors and provides exceptional customer experience with emphasis on relationship development, market share growth, and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in the management of customer accounts, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and handling inquiries or concerns; maintains accuracy.
• Recognizes relationship deepening opportunities and refers customers to business partners to support broader financial needs.
• Identifies and escalates issues per policy; resolves problems or escalates to management as needed.
• Reviews and approves exceptions and overrides transaction restrictions; seeks guidance for unclear issues.
• Opens/closes branch as key-holder; ensures service and security standards.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members; mentors peers.
