Job summary

Loomis US seeks a seasoned sales/account leader to manage a diverse portfolio of Banking, ATM, and Retail clients. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Branch Accounts and drive retention, growth, and client satisfaction across the territory.

The role requires strong communication, Excel prowess, and travel up to 50% for client meetings. A Bachelor’s in Business or related field is preferred and P&L experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and account management experience.
• Understanding of Loomis systems (Go Green, SOFI, Synergy, Glory) and branch operations.
• P&L experience is a plus and beneficial for the role.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow the assigned book of business across Banking, ATM, and Retail clients.
• Manage daily client requests and provide timely responses.
• Act as liaison between clients and Loomis branches.
• Plan, schedule, and participate in client reviews to ensure service excellence.
• Proactively engage with clients to meet superior service levels; respond to RFPs and new business opportunities within territory.
